HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
Appointments can be made by either calling the office directly, by email or making an equiry via contact us form.
DO I NEED A REFERRAL TO ACCESS ALIGN INDEPENDENCE'S SERVICES?
No. You do not need a referral to access services. However a letter from the GP can aid in providing information about your circumstances. You can also make contact yourself without seeing a GP.
CAN I BULK BILL THROUGH MEDICARE?
Currently no MEDICARE rebates are available at Align Independence.
What is your CANCELLATION policy?
There is a cancellation Policy at Align Independence. Fees for this will depend on the time between cancelation and your appointment. Please refer to the Cancelation Policy in our Terms & Conditions
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Payments are required at the time of service. This can be done via Cash, EFTPOS or Direct Debit. If you have concerns regarding payment please discuss at time of booking or prior to the appointment.
CAN I HAVE A SUPPORT PERSON ATTEND MY SESSION?
Yes, in most cases you can have a support person attend the appointment with you. At times attending sessions independently is our best way to suport you. Please contact the office to discuss any concerns you may have.
